SoleLedger is developed and published by Icefish Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong. Privacy is part of its design.
Data collection
The app does not collect, upload, sell or share personal data. It has no accounts, advertising, tracking SDKs or analytics operated by us.
Local data
Your content and preferences remain on your device. The app works offline and does not upload your content to Icefish or provide cloud sync.
Access and processing
Financial records, invoices, tax estimates and attachments stay in the Mac sandbox. Both incoming and outgoing network entitlements are disabled. Apple Vision performs invoice OCR on the device; original attachments remain local. Only files you select in macOS dialogs are opened or exported. There is no crash reporting.
Support and deletion
If you email us, we receive the information you send and use it to answer your request. You can remove your local content and app data on your device. You may ask us to delete support correspondence, subject to legal obligations.
Children
The app does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

We will update this page and its date when the policy changes.
